I don't think a team in ANA's position can afford to trade that pick with the selection pretty much a lock. Rossi's stock has dropped, ANA already has their goalie of the future in Dostal, and the 21OA and a mid / late second aren't a big enough push. My guess is MIN uses this year to develop the youth they already have in the system, get them to the NHL and make splashes next year when the cap goes up more significantly and they have space. Just a couple more years until the self inflicted cap hell is over.
