    I quite like the Canucks, consider them my 3rd favorite team, though I still can't figure out the Garland value. I see other people say he has no value, but Canuck fans say that's load of crab-apples.

    Canucks can use the cap space. Leafs need a top six forward. I think a trade is possible between both teams. And he's likely being sold for cheap. Carolina got Max Pacioretty for free from Vegas last year. A similar scenario could happen with the Canucks regarding both Boeser and Garland.

    Not gonna happen.we can keep our players and be cap compliant on opening day.Were not giving our players away.IMHO.

    I think other fanbases are trying to take advantage of the Canucks "cap issues" and i say that with quotes because we don't have cap issues we just need to move cap out if we want to upgrade the defense, and it's just mostly Canuck fans pushing back on that idea, I think for a player like Garland i think we could get around a 2nd for him.

    It's the worst case scenario but I don't see that management group just standing pat and not clearing cap. They're ambitious and want to win.
