Description
I don't think its the right time to move d prospects for forwards, all 4 teams in the final four had smooth skating dmen that are solid at both ends of the ice, good rebuild blue print.

Watching Seattle in the Memorial cup Allan and Korchinski really stand out. Id like Chicago to keep Allan, Korchinksi, Del Mastro and Rinzel.. these 4 fit the original 5 year rebuild timeline.

If the opportunity is there to get a young forward Maybe we can move one or two dmen that are ready to make the jump.

I like the idea of giving some young forwards exposure on the top two lines. Gives players the chance to learn what kind of player they need to be or become to play at that level. Guys that struggle have some time to adapt their game to make a career as a 3rd/ 4th line guys.

Add in VAN’s 2024 2nd round pick and the Canucks might consider.

Doesn't look too bad. One of the best Chicago rosters I have seen here at ACGM. Nice work.

Move up in the first round - check
Make the cap floor - check
3 young D in the lineup to gain some experience (hopefully Vlasic will get some playing time too) - check
Acquire a few veterans in Boeser, Bailey and Athanisiou - check
Team is still bad enough to possibly get a top 5 pick next season - check

The Canucks would like to offer you a top line rw + move down 20 spots in the draft just cause.

I think Vlasic has a better shot at making it ahead of Phillips, but other then that solid Armchair, would love Boeser / Garland from VAN

Replace Boeser with Myers or OEL if we are paying to dump a player. If we are trading Kuzmenko or Pettersson it'd be a cap dump too right.

Vancouver is at the Cap, something has to change. Vancouver Fans have also said they arent paying to dump either of those guys.. sometimes you cant win on this site.

Van still gets a good player at 19OA plus a early second round pick to move 13+ Mil.

Bedard is a Vancouver native I thought maybe it would be a good fit to bring in someone from his childhood favourite team.

Well we.just bought OEL so it seems teams missed out if they thought they'd fleece Van into paying to trade players who are effective.

Wouldnt be surprised if another move of a winger and or Myers is made before the season starts though. The price will come way down from the league as the Canucks won't be a press against it.
