Mayfield is not signing that, that would be an absolutely horrid return for Nelson especially retained, not paying anything more then a 2nd to move Bailey and Pageau has positive value making the Chicago trade horrendous. That would be a overpay for Debrincat.

Was your goal to ruin the team for the next decade.
