That trade with the Blues is way undervalue of what i'd expect the Blues receive for Buchnevich alone. Adding in Parayko too is wildly optimistic on your end.

I feel like Heinola needs opportunity whereas, Robertson needs a clean bill of health.

That being said, both can be pretty good players. I'd just be hesitant with that one if i were Winnipeg. Robertson plays a game his body can't really handle.

That's a very easy no for the blues. I wouldn't accept a 2023 first, Fraser and a 3rd for Buch by himself. Just not close to enough quality in this package for both buch and Parayko

Guess it depends how you see Parayko's value, if Blues are looking to take a step back and get younger before trying to truly compete again, this trade makes sense

The blues aren't going to dump Parayko, they still see him as their best defensemen. Most of the reports are teams have contracted the blues about Parayko but the one the blues are looking to move the most is Krug. Now that is unrealistic as Krug sucks and his contract sucks. But I'd rather have Parayko than Liljegren and a 2024 1st, Minten and a 3rd is nowhere near enough value for Buch. IF the blues put buch on the trade market think of an Debrincat like return but slightly more as he is under contract a year longer. A 2024 1st which will be late is a return we could get for buch at the deadline next year. Minten is a B tier prospect that every team has and the 3rd isn't that valuable.

To be honest I thought he should have been last year but there just doesn't seem to be a path in WPG. I think he and Robertson will both be full time NHLers.

No it doesn't make any sense at all, if only because they could get a better offer for BOTH guys individually. Expecting both is just... wow.

Certainly not the worst trade idea out there. I personally just am worried about Robertsons future because of the amount of injuries continually piling up.
