OEL for experiment added depth can me moved at deadline if hamara or kleven are ready. left cap to sign others or extend Sanderson for next yr. i didnt bother signing the rfa .who will be filing the farm system

You seem to want a lot more from the Wings for DeBrincat than you want to give up for Ullmark despite the fact Sens and Bruins are in cap hell as you described.
Unless the Wings, really like DeBrincat for NOW, they can wait. Like your thought on Ullmark, but he has a M NTC, and I doubt he agrees to a trade to a non playoff team

Tampa Bay can barely afford Kelly. No chance they are taking on Joseph for 3 years at his full cap hit.

I'm not looking to trade Crookshank usually but this is an ideal return for DeBrincat. I can afford to trade Thomson as I don't think there will be a role for him (no PP)

What do you mean? DeBrincat is supposed to have more value than a goalie

Brannstrom + Ostapchuk is pretty good value. Sens are very high on Ostapchuk and Brannstrom's value is rising fast
