It's a decent offer, but I don't see the Sharks accepting while still retaining that much.

Overpaying for Laf. Rangers waited to long to move him for value. that is an EDM overpay big time
You are not getting anything of value for the corpse of jack Campbell and his contract
I would not trade Hyman for Laine. Hyman is everything the oilers need
EK65 for 22.5M retained. you are paying alot more than a future 1st and some guys
