I'd say, as a Devil fan, CGY should not be kicking in any kind of extra pick.

If you valued Sharangovich even at a 2nd and a 3rd, which I feel is high, Toffoli would get that for sure at the deadline.

Why are we paying to down grade? Toffoli had 2 times the amount of points, and we have other ways to clear cap(like the dman who might not extend in Hanifin)
