Bolduc is worth far more than 2nd-ish, he's one of the top 30-ish drafted prospects in the league. He'd immediately be the Flyers' best prospect by a considerable margin. And he's almost certainly not available. And definitely not for this.

Maybe if it was 50% retention on konecny oilers would consider it but for that price not a chance
