As great as a get Reinbacher would be for the Canucks, he's just not NHL ready. 24-25 maybe 25-26 is more likely of a entry in to the league

Schenn is a solid option to put with hughes as they have familiarity. which makes it easy to pair Hronek and Graves, leaving burroughs and Hirose as the 3rd pairing if Reinbacher needs to be sent down.

I think he probably goes back to Europe for another year or maybe they bring him over to Junior to adapt to the north american ice and game. As for the pairing i would definitely have Hronek and Graves together. Hronek does best when he's got a defensively sound partner, a Graves would be great. No sure Quinn and Hronek are the best pairing long term as they both lean towards the offensive side.

Why would Philly, who just started a rebuild, pay to take on garlands cap dump? And nobody's giving up a 3rd for Myers no matter how much money he's owed.

I like the idea of VAN moving up for Reinbacher.

I think Graves gets more but would be a good target for VAN 2LHD, and I like the D pairings, though Reinbacher might not be NHL ready so VAN may have to chase another RHD.
I think Schenn could be a great mentor for Hirose.

Philly is likely moving on from Konechny and Hayes, so a player like Garland will be a welcomed addition, he isn't a cap dump, Vancouver is jus flush with wingers, and you clearly under estimate the Coyotes if you dont think they will give up a mid pick to get fake money on the books.

Philly is moving out their vet players for picks to start a rebuild and you think that means they'll give up picks for vet players? That makes absolutely no sense. Sure they'll take garland but they're gonna expect a pick coming with him to pay for dumping the 15 million dollars he's owed.
Arizona gets paid to take dead cap. They aren't gonna pay for it. Again it makes no sense.
