Not really. One needs to take the team situation into account, and people forget to do that a lot.

Flyers wanted to move him but they also didn’t need to move him so not sure I really get that logic. They certainly weren’t in a rush and clearly by the interest in Hayes this is the best they could do so they decided to bite the bullet.

What do you think he’ll fetch? I can’t see anybody going for more than a third but you seem to think he’ll return more based on your responses.

Nah, I actually went in thinking a 3rd would be about the absolute max... but you never know around here.
