mike Grier should hit the deal button so hard he smashes through the core of the earth but I doubt he wants to retain that much because hes a silly goofy guy

I didn't see a mention of 25% max specifically but I did see his quotes about not retaining upwards of 50% of Karlsson's salary.

It sucks for both teams imo Bolts wanna keep Colton even if it means getting rid of Killorn... and we donèt wanna have to retain we are a cup contender
