Trades
1.
WPG
  1. 2024 3rd round pick (OTT)
Additional Details:
Nothing higher than this, but could also be a later pick,
CHI
  1. Dillon, Brenden
Additional Details:
He still has value, log jam on the left is a bigger and bigger problem by the day it seems.
2.
WPG
  1. 2024 4th round pick (DAL)
  2. 2024 7th round pick (DET)
3.
WPG
  1. Kulich, Jiri
  2. Luukkonen, Ukko-Pekka
  3. Mittelstadt, Casey
Additional Details:
Who ever gets this year of Helly is going to have to hurt a bit to get him whether it's now or especially as it comes to the trade deadline. Buffalo is going to have to give one of Quinn, Peterka, krebs, Savoie, Benson. But I don't see them selling any of the WInnipeg Ice guys, and I don't think they are as keen on moving roster players from last year so I picked Kulich. Granted he seems to be very good, if it's a less NHL-ready asset there's probably a pick attached.
BUF
  1. Hellebuyck, Connor
  2. Stanley, Logan
Additional Details:
I think a goalie is all Buffalo needs to go for a very deep run. Stanley has more trade value than he should and he's probably a 7th D for Buffalo (doesn't work but could be fun to fix kind of project)
4.
WPG
  1. 2024 1st round pick (CAR)
  2. 2024 2nd round pick (PHI)
Additional Details:
The Jets will have way too many good players coming up to justify anything more than futures.
CAR
  1. Scheifele, Mark
Additional Details:
He will be great value as a compliment to other players.

No thanks from Detroit, we have 15 left handed defencemen within our system and at least 4 for our NHL team.

That’s more than any goalie has probably ever gotten in a trade. Didn’t even feel the need to mention Mitts as if he’s some throw-in

There's now tons of RDs in free agency, Detroit doesn't need a LHD like Nate Schmidt.

Take out Mitts and Stanley. Switch Krebs for Kulich and I think you're on to something

Hawks decline. They aren't trading a pick for a pending UFA who won't be resigned.
