I’m fine with Rosy and Sillinger, but the Dubois trade depressed Lindy’s value. Probably do a 3rd instead of a 1st.

Not sure about that. Dubois went for a massive return

You would need to take salary back from Boston. Maybe Gryz or Forbort.

Boston could work that out elsewhere if need be tho. Honestly, you probably end up moving out both. Like Poitras a lot but bird in the hand and all. I think Boston has to add another piece that is closer to being ready though. Poitras is probably a couple years away and the 2025 1st is further away than that.

1 A Nylander trade gives away futures and is a bad idea

2 That is a good return for Lindholm but why would Columbus trade their almost certain top 10 pick in next year’s draft to us?

3 Vladar is worth a 2nd

4 It’s a good idea but how are they going to pay Hanafin?

Vladar has a career SV% under 0.900, in no way is he worth a 2nd.

Idk…a solid roster player, a gamble on a guy who until this year hadn’t done much, a middling prospect, and a 2nd doesn’t feel like that big of a return considering they sent a 25 year old 1C in a sign-and-trade.

WPG was in a tough spot, but so is CGY - a soon to be FA who has said they aren’t re-signing. I’m fine with the above package (I’d even add in Bemstrom and Bean to clear out roster spots) I just wouldn’t do a 1st, unless it has heavy protection.

I also don’t think Lindholm gets as much as Dubois in his contract, considering age and production.

I would gladly take the same return for Lindholm
