Hate the Jets move, can see it though.

They go with Bussi as backup. I should not assume that, this is the org that loves to block young talent with guys on their last leg…they’ll sign Brian Elliot.

Unlikely Winnipeg has any interest in that. No chance a goalie pulls a 40G 1C.

I think the pens won’t retain cause it’d cost them less to put him in the minors, make the 3 a 5 or 6 and take on his full deal

He put up 40G once in his career. Its like saying Chris Kreider is a 50 goal guy because he did in two seasons ago. Its like saying Pastrnak is a 60 goal guy since he put up 61 last season. If Scheifele puts up a few more seasons of 40 goals, then he'd be a 40G guy.

Can't see the Bruins trading for a guy like Schiefele if Bergy and Krejci return. Think they would go all out in FA once he, Lindholm etc get there
