This depends on if the Leafs allow Nylander to work out an extension with MTL in advance. If not, it's a big overpay. If so, it's close but leafs may want the Canadians 2024 1st vs Calgary's 2025

Habs decline so easily. Unless Nylander sign for less than 7 millions in Montreal

He's not moving Newhook after just acquiring him. Nylander in Montreal? I don't really see a fit there.

But in terms of value, yeah, I'd do this as Montreal. I'd target different assets as Toronto.
