I can't imagine Philadelphia being interested in either of those players (Brodie because he's an expensive rental whose contract is 150% under water), but even if they were, that pays only for the $5 million retention; the Flyers aren't going to take an over-the-horizon first for Konecny. And what's the reason for the unprovoked Liljegren trade?
