No. Mantha only cares about playing out his contract. His lazy habits would be a bad influence on the Coyotes young players.

He's owed $6.5 million real dollars. Even with that retention, it's over $4.5 million. If they have spare $4.5 million, I'd hope they are looking to add veteran defensemen not give up assets to gamble on a mercurial winger.

Unless he's coming with some incentive, I don't think he's their guy (though adding him to middle-six mix would be interesting, salary aside).
