I really like the first trade, almost entirely for Weegar. If it is a Weegar for Nylander swap, I would be okay with it from the perspective of both teams (as long as Nylander extends). I don't know if Zadorov needs to be included in it, but I wouldn't mind it if I were the Leafs. It would allow Gio to not need to play all 82 games.

As for the 2nd trade, I don't like it. Robertson, Timmins, and the 1st are pieces I'd be fine with moving if I were Treliving. But I'm a big fan of Liljegren and the Leafs shouldn't be so quick to move on from him. He's got a lot of potential and could wind up being one of the more underrated defenseman in the league as soon as this coming year.
