Holl and Chairot for 8 million dollars as a 3rd pair in Detroit is pretty horrible

Huberdeau has one bad season after being surprisingly traded to a bad team and he's considered one of the worst contracts in the league? Pretty harsh

I understand the "1 bad season" argument, but the reality is that he's 30 years old and gets paid $10.5M for EIGHT more years. The odds of him living up to that contract are pretty low.

Whenever you sign a player over 27 to an 8 year term they're not gonna live up to the contract unless their name is Crosby or ovechkin. Any gm in the league would've given a well over point per game player atleast 9 mil over 8 years.
