Fans of other teams trading Nylander for nothing, obviously this is never going to happen. Ever. Pesce isn't, hasn't been and never will be worth half as much as Nylander.

If Carolina has a draft pick in the first or second round that's probably a good deal

Dude you're Sharks fan. That's so bad for the Sharks.

Does no one realize everyteam has 3 retention slots? With Burns and soon to be Karlsson, that last retention slot needs to be saved only for expiring contracts.
Also he has a 2 mil cap hit. They should be able to fit that.

I think a bit more like Pesce + a 1st and a prospect such as Koivonen, Drury or Suzuki. The Leafs aren't gettin the ammount that leafs fans think they are it's gonna be a solid Dman a 1st and a prospect or 2

Thats looking prime imo McCabe is a very reliable #5 and in that senario you have a good Defensive patner for each of the Offensive guys.
