Drouin will at least start the season on Mack's wing. That chemistry is the only reason we signed Drouin. I highly doubt we let JJ and Manson ride on the same line. Probably put Girard down with JJ and Manson with Toews or Byram. Motte would work on the 4th line.

Don’t see the Avs signing another forward much less 2. Kovalenko is going to join the team when the KHL season ends and the saw something in Olofsson and Foudy, Olausson and Pavel will all get shots this year as well.

I think they will totally let JJ and Manson ride together or sit JJ and let Malinski play with Manson. Makar, Toews, Byram and Girard are all going to play 20+ minutes and the third pairing is probably going to get 15 minutes so I can totally see it.

I would expect a healthy Manson means the Avs have 5 guys getting Top 4 minutes. And then take your pick of JJ/Malinski/Hunt picking up the remaining ~10 minutes of ice time.

This is probably the correct answer. Malinski/Meyers/Pavel/Foudy are going to be fun to watch in camp. All of those guys have a shot and something to prove
