Well I like the confidence. SJS decline. That 2nd NJD pick can turn into a 1st. Besides that fact, SJ is rebuilding and don't want to give up high draft picks for a 29 year old mediocre d-man who doesn't fit into a rebuild. We also have ZERO need or want for LHD who aren't top pair caliber. Top finish off I don't know much about Kuluk, but he looks like he is worth a 3rd at most.

I... if RNH's deal didn't run until he's in a retirement home, I'd do it. But he's got 6 years left and already 30? Not sure about that one. He's not a 100 point player, he's spent most of his career in the 50 point range. Carolina probably have that in Kotkaniemi this year... even Elias Lindholm who is overrated to high hell averages 60 points when he's not being carried by elite linemates
