Any Wild trade has to at least be dollar in, dollar out. A 3rd isn't worth the extra juggling they'd need to do to fit the extra cap in for a different bottom 6 forward. No thanks.

I disagree with Timmins, every other player on that roster form WJC is now locked up I believe as Foote was just signed UFA. The safest option for a waiver is Reaves, who will touch a 1.35m a year contract on a 36 year old player who plays 9 min a night? As for Goalie has to be Jones, I believe that was the plan and then they will go sign Elliot or anyone who is left when they can safely do so. That whole WJC scandal is so bad they have said that it is 5 people who were involved last I heard but they can not yet release the names. It was handled very bad for every other player who was not involved to have to be grouped for 5 years as a possible red flag is pathetic.
