Columbus has absolutely no interest in taking on Ceci. They've already got 5 RD for 3 spots in thr lineups and that 3.2 mil cap hit next year when they'll need the money could impact their offseason.

At least Timmins is a RHD, so you get a point for that. We already have 5 d-men fighting for that last spot, I'm not sure why we would want to make that 6. SJ wouldn't take him for free, let alone pay an early 4th.
