Switch out Roslovic & Gudbranson for something resembling actual value, and i think there's room for discussion

Using Roslovic and probably benching gudbranson but after this season Roslovic contract is over and the buyout for gudbranson would be 1.6m so freeing up 10m and adding chinakhov and a first I feel is good value

Knew you were a Rangers fan the second I saw the Panarin trade. You’re stuck with that contract. Columbus isn’t taking it unless you pay them to. Even then I doubt he waives his NMC

Sorry, no takebacks. He’s your Russian now.

Ownership would never approve that much retention for that long for Elvis, either.

Are you joking? That Panarin contract is horrible. Columbus declines immediately as is

Panarins contract isn't horrible. Is it good? No. Horrible contracts are Seguin and benn

So his screen name didn't give it away?

No team can absorb 11 million dollars, and Columbus has two good LW who make just about that combined. It’s a bad contract.

It costs more than that to dump Merzlikins.

But it will get worse...which is why you are trying to move him.

I think he'll be fine till he's 34. Trying to move him for cap space

What does Bread do for CBJ on his decline? Making a team simply mid when they are trying to rebuild would be the worst thing. I can't see why CBJ would give up anything of value when it wouldn't even guarantee then being a top 3 team in the division.

How is panarin declining??? Had 92 point last year... a bad playoff run doesn't mean he's declining and in this trade taking back 2 cap dumps because his contract isn't the best... yall out here trying to make it seem like panarin is bissonnette level of plug.

I saw Ranger fans going NUTS after that playoff experience. I'm more so saying he should be declining over the remainder of the contract as player tend to after 30. The bad contract is Gudbrandson...Roslovic isn't that bad and is expiring at the end of the season. You, and CBJ fans know, those last years are what hurt the Rangers in cap room which is why NYR shouldn't expect a 1st from CBJ there.

I don’t see Panarin declining. Sorry, but that is nuts. However, with that said, I don’t see the Jackets taking that contract bc they have to lock up Johnson and Marchenko next summer. But for those saying he is declining, you are nuts.
