This is really two separate trades, Scheifele for Hart and Hellebuyck for Domi and Toronto's 1st-round pick. I assume the 50% retention is supposed to be on Hellebuyck instead of Scheifele since Toronto would need it for the cap hit to work, though Philadelphia might need it too if they aren't making other moves.

The first trade is probably good for Winnipeg if neither Scheifele nor Hellebuyck are going to be extended, but it doesn't make sense for Philadelphia. Scheifele is too old for them and a rental -- not what they want for Hart. They'd need to flip him to somebody else.

If the second trade happens, it probably means Winnipeg is out of the playoffs. In that case, they would have no interest in Domi unless he signs an extension, so it's Hellebuyck for what's probably a late 1st. I think they can do better than that.
