Replace Spurgeron with Weegar then slide everyone after the top 10 down to add Werenski

Also McAvoy is better than Fox and Jones is criminally underappreciated, he had an excellent season last year

Tough to put on Werenski after barely playing last year. Everything else is j kinda personal preference, although I probably did snub Weegar. May edit it to add him in later

Cutting Werenski from the list makes it more recency bias. Over the last 3 years he has absolutely been one of the best defensemen in the league despite being out nearly all of last year with an injury
