Moving Benson seems like too much, if I were buffalo I'd rather trade their 1st round pick and some other prospects

Buffalo isn't trading Benson, And Winnipeg isn't dealing Hellebuyck. Both teams pass and it's not even close.

Why Jokiharju is being treated as cap dump ? He is decent, young and contract is not a burden.

Sabres are not moving Olofsson before the season. If moved, it will be closer to deadline.

The only trade as is I would do is 2. Nuts trading Benson for possibly 1 year of Hellebuyck.

If Hellebuyck does end up wanting to leave the Jets, I don’t see him going to Buffalo. They already have Levi who will be an elite starter in a couple years.
