    Good luck. Myers is still in Vancouver most likely because SJ wanted a lot to take him. Doesn’t Manson also have trade protection? You think he’s gonna go from a playoff team to a lottery team??

    Manson's NTC becomes a 12 team NTC in 2024, so he could be moved to any of 19 teams. Presumably the California teams wouldn't be blocked.

    I would Imagine MTL holds onto Kovacevic for that price, a relatively young RHD who is steady and a regular on the blueline, on a ridiculously cheap contract for 2 more years. But there is for sure a fit in COL

    Yeah you're probably right. It would make more sense to trade Savard at some point and extend Kovacevic. One way or another there's going to be a bit of a logjam at RHD though, but that's a good problem to have.

    Why not cut out MTL altogether if sending Manson to SJ. Manson and the 3rd for Benning or something like that? No idea on Benning's value mind you.
