    The Bruins don’t need another bottom 6 player and certainly aren’t paying a 3rd rounder to get it.

    Trades are all significantly lopsided towards the Sharks.

    I mean, Columbus doesn't do the Couture deal even if you take out Sillinger. Our window isn't "right now", why would we pay to move a middle-6 center option for the next 10ish years who's improving for a middle-6 center option of comparable skill right now and on the decline for 4?

    Also, Gudbranson has been fine, his leadership is immensely valuable, and his contract is easy to buy out in the offseason if we really desperately need the cap for some reason. No way in hell we'd pay to move him right now, and definitely not a 1st.
