If I were NAS, I would want another pretty good prospect and a 2nd or something on top of this package TBH...

I feel like this trade depends on how good you see Holtz as. I agree that the Preds should look for more, but I doubt the Devils would be willing to offer more.

Depends, but you'd think Nashville would want the potential of 3-4 good, young players for their star goaltender

Holtz has been really really good this year (somehow Ruff hasn't noticed), so I think the Devils wouldn't trade him for a goalie. I don't think a Saros trade is necessary right now.

Should nashville be targeting another winger as the big part of the return when that's the best part of their existing pipeline?

Would think theyd go after centers and rhd personally

Fun fact Saros will never be traded while he is under contract. Let it go and stop doing the same ole goalie trades over and over again. Can we like stop with the panic goalie trades its been since May and ppl cant just let go, its getting to the point where yall need medical attention

The difference, in my mind, is that Saros is a consensus top-5 goalie in the league, capable of playing 60 games. I doubt Schneider had that pedigree.
