My understanding is Domi is sucking, and Leafs wanted to get rid of him? If I'm wrong in my understanding, then there's no point to this.

But if this is the case, then that's the answer. Also, your D is a mess right now with all the injuries. Myers is playing well. Joshua is easily worth his contract and is positive value. Like I said, if they don't want him, no, they need to include him.

Season is 11games in; if we were in the Oilers predicament - I might panic, otherwise…no need to panic yet. Myers is non starter - don’t care how well he’s playing now. Canucks have got off to a great start but they’ve had a really soft schedule and insane puck luck (#1 in goals above expected). Let’s see in a month. Leafs need a shutdown D, I’m thinking the Flames are a better dance partner, especially given Tre’s connections.

Roy, Heineman, Ylonen, Armia, Pezzetta are all fighting for spots on this Habs team. 1 of then is here to up trade value. The others are young. Adding to this jam is not something I'd think Mtl would want to do, and taking Kovacevic is not going to make the Habs say yes.

. The Canucks are playing some hard effort reasonably good team defence right now. Those are not things that Domi does well. On the other hand, I could see the Leafs wanting Joshua just on his own since he's still a cap savings over Reaves, if they put him on waivers, and Joshua can play more than 5 minutes a game

I don't know if you've watched Canuck hockey this year, but Beauvillier has looked good. I understand his time with the Isles may have affected your opinion of him, but the guy is scoring, even at a 4m cap hit, he's worth it.

That's awesome. Vancouver should hold on to him, that's great.

Habs don't want/need him.

That's fair, to be honest, I forgot the Habs are tanking this year.

I totally get and understand the value.

But when you look at the Habs, we've got way too many Beauvilliers lol

the success is going to the Canucks head. Myers is a cap dump whether Vancouver is is 1st or last place
