Sure? 2 2nds is what I am expecting(not hoping) for Tanev, but if we get a struggling goalie as well it might work out

After wards CGY would probably trade 2 of Markstrom Vladar and Skinner, playing the 3rd with Wolf.

Ottawa just can't afford to do that as they need Zub just as much

If they had a different and well established coaching staff, I could be interested though

I feel like we can get Tanev with just our 24'first. No reason to make it complicated, also Skinner is a really nice 1A/B in net. He's not the answer but he's also not the problem.

I love having Zub on the same d-core as Bouch, not instead of him.

Washington laughs us off

He is but Bouchard is a bonifide #1 dman. I don't know if Sandin can be that, maybe a good #2.

But Carlson is our #1 D man on the right for 3 more years. Sending Sandin to address something we don't necessarily need right now doesn't make sense to me. And Sandin and Fehervary shouldn't be going anywhere. Alexeyev, sure, but it's too early to be moving off Sandin just yet

Yeah but what happens when Carlson is gone? We have no #1. If Bouchard is available I'm paying the price of Sandin, who I love. A future of Marty-Bouchard top pair is nasty. Then you have Chesley and Iorio coming as well.

Nurse is the worst contract in the league for d-men and it's just begun. 7yrs of that low IQ in his d-zone is just brutal. He is a 4th or 5th d-man at best.
