It's like that by design. This team is meant to only have one line for entertainment purposes as the team competes for the 1st OV pick. The injuries are definitely unfortunate though but hopefully Bedard can still produce.

You are rebuilding. Your team was meant to be bad. Keep your picks unless they are for young guys with term.

Joseph would be a good add for sure. Kubalik makes no sense unless he is free.

Toronto trade makes no sense for both teams.

Agree about Toronto trade. I’m just mad at Soderblom. He’s been awful. I think my goal was to find an NHL experienced goalie who can fill the backup role and toss Soderblom aside. I agree though makes no sense for Toronto at the very least.

There's no reason to give up on Soderblom. We can and should ride him all the way to Commesso and Gajan's debut's. In that time, he either becomes an NHL goalie, or we just move on. It may be "hard to watch", as you say, but most goaltenders take YEARS to come into their own, and they almost never return anything in trade that is worth while. CHI can afford him all the time in the world to develop.

Gotta give this team time. Yeah last season sucked but we got Bedard. This season sucks too but if we end up with Celebrini or Eiserman then it's worth it. Were you a fan pre Kane/Toews? Those were some lean years but we got through it and we will again. Have patience brother!

Mathieu Joseph has been great for OTT this season and is one of their few players who is somewhat reliable defensively. I think he stays put.
Kubalik would absolutely be available for a 4th.
