Sabres, Rangers, and Leafs all emphatically refuse. Two quarters for a dollar kinds of deals.

I heard many BUF fans complaining about Samuelson on Twitter.

Lafreniere is not living up to expectations so a change of scenery could be beneficial.

Marner is on an expiring deal and Leaf’s can’t afford to retain him along with everyone else, so they would be happy to get two core pieces for him.

I feel Lafreniere isn’t reaching expectations with NYR, but he would be good for Pittsburgh’s transition system cuz he has straight line speed but not agility.

No I just wanted to show these are the types of players Pittsburgh needs to be acquiring. If not Marner, then I will go for Drouin or Patrick Kane.

Samuelsson is 23 and was just signed to a 7 year deal. Buffalo is not hurting for cap and wouldn’t trade him for anything short of an offer for a better player who is also cost-controlled.

Laf is 22 and just because he isn’t living up to the standard of a 1st overall doesn’t mean the Rangers will trade him for a cap-dump and a 2nd. Get real.

Marner is one of the best wingers in the league, goalies don’t have nearly that much value, and Graves is certainly not a “core piece.”

You want to get more than you pay for, and posters here are going to call you out every time.

If Laffy sucks, then why trade for him? Weird

He’s been way better this year so rangers easily pass

But he has 4 points in his last 12 games and honestly when you look at the way he positions his body, it’s really awkward for an NHLer. He has talent but needs to do more development.

Like I said, if he’s not a good NHLer, why trade for him? Lol

Rangers just keep him instead of the trash you offer

You're talking about a 1st overall pick that is 22 years old for a 32 year old bottom six role player. Regardless of his skill and the disappointment of him not living up to the offensive skills that he was drafted for, Rangers are not giving up on him for a bottom six guy. Same deal with Kakko.. he might not be the offensive powerhouse that we wanted but he brings other things to the team that we need, and Ranger fans just need to accept that he may not pan out the way we wanted it, and need to accept his game for what it is because he provides in other areas that the team truly needs. Also if he moves.. he's definitely not moving within the division.

Marner gets more than that, and DeBrusk isnt signing for 3 mil despite his lack of scoring this year

Doing the same thing multiple times and expecting a different result, objectively insane
