Every trade is fine except the huberdeau one. He’s not playing as well as gaudreau and is on a much worse contract. Would need a ton of retention which will never happen. Also Johnny isn’t waiving

Peeke costs assets to move. He's a 7/8 defenceman making over 2 million who gets scored on almost every game doesn't get assets in return.

Gaudreau's NMC says there's no way in hell he's going back to Calgary, and Huberdeau's NMC says there's no way in hell he's going to Columbus.

I don't think Martin can be moved without clearing waivers so it's probably a 3 goalie rotation for the time being, though that trade is fine.

Johnny has been fine with Fantilli, I'd want to give that experiment more time. Huberdeau would be a good target for a hockey trade if 1) he's willing to waive and 2) Laine is the piece going back

No reason to move Danforth, he's a great bottom-6 option and already extended through next season for cheap. Roslovic half-retained for a 3rd alone is fine.

There's no way anyone pays that price for Peeke at this point. Should have moved him in the offseason if we were going to, being scratched for half the season has tanked his value and we'd be lucky to get a 6th or 7th for him right now.
