That’s an easy “NO” for Leafs.
Can’t see the Leafs getting rid of Marner.

I'm not going to speak for Toronto, but the Blues howl with laughter. Thomas is very mega not available. And the Blues don't want an 11M winger anyway, let alone one who'll be looking for a new deal in 18 months.

Blues aren’t trading Thomas. Disregard rhe fact we don’t have another true center on the team and there’s no reason why they would anyways.

I was kind of thinking that as well on 2 fronts: 1) The Blues cannot lose a Center as they don't have many 2) The Leafs have 2 3rd line centers with Domi and Kampf and although I like Kampf's game, hockey IQ, contract, etc MUCH more than Domi's I sense Kampf would be the easier one to move. Kampf is signed to a decent 4 year contract, plays the kind of hockey I remember the Blues demonstrating in the past AND the Blues have our low 2nd round pick.

Thinking Kampf, our 4th for our 2nd back.

Blues say no. We don't need another 3rd/4th line center on a contract we don't want. Blues have Thomas/Schenn/Hayes down the middle so he wouldn't have a place to go.

Ah, the anti-Marner Quixotic-tilt-at-windmills (you can't dignify it by calling it a "crusade") continues.

We don’t have cap space. And while we don’t have hardly any true centers. We do have Schenn, Hayes and Sundqvist who have been playing center.

I don’t dislike Kampf. But I’m not moving out salary unnecessarily and paying to bring him in with where we’re at.
