Nikishin is untouchable and hart isn’t worth it

Why would the Oilers still be paying a 1st and a 2nd when we are taking back Petersen to buy out?

Hart doesn’t have that level of value. And with the way that the Canes have set themselves up, they have Nikishin as a critical part of their future plans.

You'd probably have to blow Carolina out of the water for Nikishin. They have the leverage in bringing him over and with Pesce/Burns/Orlov/Skeji all having varying long term futures with the team he's a guy who's going to be key for them.

You could probably get Morrow in this deal though, Carolina is in a tough bind with him (although their fans on this site are BRUTAL and will probably tell you that's not true)

These trades don’t even make sense for the flyers let alone other teams, why are you bringing in 3 different goalies?

The flyers would rather wait out Petersen consider there is literally only one year left, Canes have two start level goalies in Koch and Freddy they don’t need Hart
