Johansson is fine as a backup and TB isn't spending almost $2,000,000 in cap for Allen. They DO NOT HAVE THE CAP SPce!!

Johansson plays for 0.891 with the Tampa Bay Lightning, he would be at 0.800 with montreal canadians lol

Clearly someone who has not watched a guy play making idiotic comments. Even at 87.7 they have 11.7 having to sign 5 guys including Stamkos so NO THEY DON'T HAVE THE CAP SPACE!!!!

Jets don’t want Monahan. He’s bad defensively and not good 5v5. He would absolutely not fit into the system and he’s not worth us giving up a 1st. Pawn him off somewhere else

Jumping on this to say JoJo's been fine and done his job well enough to keep us in wildcard/3rd seed playoff contention. It truly wasn't his fault the defense and Jeff Blashill decided to create their own hockey re-enactment of Chernobyl reactor 4 to start the season. They might free up space by moving Sheary when his NTC is downgraded to an M-NTC, but if any money is being allocated or spent aside from signing Stamkos it would most likely be to the back end, and even then Perbix has looked more stable, and the emergence of Lilleberg, Thompson, and Carlile are all valid options to address those needs.
Need for stability, but no real need for Allen.
