The salary going the other way would need to be DeAngelo not Raanta, as Raanta is the only healthy goalie with NHL experience on the roster. I still don’t see why we’d send two picks for Blackwood.

Leafs pass. They need a big, physical, defensive dman, who can preferably also move the puck very well. They need to add size to their blue line AND they need to add puck moving ability to their blue line. Ferraro provides neither.

Ferraro is a #4 MAYBE a #5 dman on a good team. The Leafs need a proper #2 or #3 with the attributes I listed. Preferably a RD.

Ferraro doesn't add what we need to our d core. Especially not at that price.

Canucks pass.Hoggys a keeper.He is currently out scoring( goals) Duclair and is plus 11 as opposed to minus 11.Not sure why we would do this.IMHO.

Yup Hoglander is significantly more valuable than Duclair. I wouldn't trade him. He's the perfect young fwd. If he develops he's gonna be crazy good if he doesn't hes an skilled, feisty energy guy.

Unfortunately for the canes after a 5 game sample size I have come to the conclusion that Nico Daws is the second coming of the best aspects of prime Marty Broduer and prime Cory Schneider combined. The canes can win all the other games tho
