Really cool seeing the fan base turn their backs on Val. Very classy.

Horrible return for Seeler, let alone the rumors that Briere wants to re-sign him. But if Seeler is traded be prepared to pay a 2nd, or at least a 3rd (depending on the market). A 25 years old AHL'er won't get you one of the best shot blockers in the NHL at league minimum AAV.

Flames are just going to give you one of our best players for two useless guys? What the hell do you think. We’re just going to be happy for the Avs to be a better team? Get real. Perfectly happy with Kadri for now. His contract might not age well. But Nico isn’t even playing hockey. He does us no good.

Calgary says make it Huberdeau instead of Kadri and we'll think about it.

No - Val is the better and younger player, he'll be back

No - Manson isn't going to waive in-season to go to Arizona and they won't pay that much for him anyhow

No - Tank would be a waste of cap space; the Avs don't need more scoring from the wing, they need G and C help

No but yes - Fleury has nowhere near that kind of value but he'd be nice to have as a backup

Fine, I guess - Seeler would be good insurance to have but I bet the Flyers would rather have a pick

Not sure that offer gets you Tarasenko WITHOUT retaining on salary. The 50% retaining makes it an obvious no.

Turning their backs? I wish him all the best but the dude leaves at the team at the worst possible time two straight seasons. We are on the clock with our 3 best players and the salary cap is going to make it impossible to succeed after this season. Hockey is tough that way.

Everyone can have their opinion. if you think Seeler is worth more good luck. I don't.

Val is unreliable. if it isn't Arizona it's somebody else. Mansion is replacable. Fleury's experience makes him valuable. Georgie needs a back why not a 1a/1b. Fine on Seeler. I think he is servicable and gives the Avs a better shotblocker then mansion and I'm hopping takes less stupid penalties. We are on the clock with MAC/RANT/MAKAR. We can't waste anymore years.

Girard has more to prove. I'm worried we lose Val to another drunk romp with a hooker. I'm not say that is what happened but it sure lines up.

Lol people can make assumptions all that want. Just look at all the people in prison that have gotten let out due to being innocent but apparently everything lined up.

Only avs management and police and nuke knows what happen.

I like how people just wanna throw him out like trash cause he wants to take care of his mental health but no one says anything about girard getting help.

Gotta love the hypocrisy of avs fans.

If it helps at all, just think of dealing with mental health issues like a physical injury because they are like dealing with an injury. You can stomp your feet and cry like a spoiled brat all you want, Val isn't going anywhere and will be back when he's ready, just like he would if he hurt a knee or a shoulder.

If you're so low on him, than why do you want him on your 3rd pair for playoffs? Turns out you think he's good for that and still came out with this ridiculous offer. Try harder next time.
