If Crosby were to be traded it would be for picks and prospects similar to this package. Maybe only Colorado can offer a better package among contenders by including Byram in the deal.

Guerin wouldn't trade Fleury for a 3rd anyway, so it's all kinda moot? If he's trading Fleury it's going to be for something worth while. A 2nd at least.

There isn't much difference between a 2nd and a 3rd and a 4th. Wild can move up in the draft if they really wanted a prospect.

I read that Ottawa wants to bring in veterans and good teammates. Kampf fits that criteria.

So does MacEwen. Both players are 4th liners, except one costs 3x more. If you retain half then there might be a conversation to be had.
