Matthews on the 2nd line 😂

The best player on the team goes on line 1, most likely with Keller and Tkachuk on M. Tkachuk on line 1

I think this team definitely needs some help in terms of defensive play. Realistically, the only center on this team i want out there on the PK is Matthews. Maybe Couturier if he's healthy or Coyle. Fox, McAvoy, and Slavin are all good on the PK, but I would look to swap out Pionk for a more shut down oriented guy.

This looks like an all-star lineup, not a lineup built to win a tournament.

As a Canadian, I lowkey think USA has a chance at beating us. Their defense and goalies are so stacked.

Idk, our top end talent is better on forwards. I don't think they'd be the favorites, but there is no clear cut winner.

JT Miller not being here is an absolute joke, imagine him in between the Tkachuk brothers, that would be beyond miserable to play against.

favorite doesn't imply a clear cut winner. very confident the americans would be the favorite though.

Quinn has surpassed Fox and look at what Jack Hughes has been doing, if he didn't get injured he'd be leading the league in points. Take Marner away from Matthews and he suffers immensely, Matthews is a finisher and a good two way guy but he needs support, Jack makes everyone around him better while being much more dynamic.

You continue to grossly overrate the Sens and their players...learn from your mistakes.

Miller and Thompson in, Guentzel and Kreider out, but that's a pretty good looking lineup.

Not sure about Pionk either.

favorite also doesn't imply a result. i'm here for the conversation now. The USA is certainly the favorite.

it's utterly ridiculous the verbal gymnastics you're doing to try to avoid this.

the USA likes a favorite over Canada at this point. full stop.

Are you a bum? Sanderson faces one of the most difficult matchups in the league and him and Zub shut them all down . Of course you’re a wings fan

Nah you're pressed i'm not agreeing with you. McDavid is better than any of your forwards. Bedard will be there soon too. 2010 and 2014 champs, don't forget.

oh cool. one guy. i agree with that completely. hockey is a team sport. blue line and goaltending looks far better on the US side. that's kind of important.

Couturier? Did I miss something? Has he defected?
