David Savard would fix that team in a heartbeat even with Korpisalo in net.

33-5-5 all time when Pinto records a point. Solid goaltending and depth scoring=success

If Ottawa had like... a .902 sv% they'd be in the playoff mix. Like not even league average.

Buyout isn't terrible, he's gone this summer.

It’s a good time to buy a new goalie…
Not so great time to sell one.

Had a Mike Milbury offseason. Hosed on DeBrincat trade, committed money and term to terrible players, then put himself in a cap jam and nearly punted a 1st to dump one of their best forwards. Dude got bailed out by the Pinto suspension, and the team got bailed out by it only costing a 1st to get rid of Dorion

He gets pepered with high danger scoring chances from the other team almost every start. It's not just him. The defence ahead of him is atrocious. They need to get rid of Chabot or Chychryn before and get assets before paying to dump Korps.

That was ridiculous that they had to give up a 1st for the Dadonov scandal.

Oh for sure. NHL central registry dropped the ball.

To be honest though he was a horrible GM. On the level of Benning or Chirelli. The one good move was the Giroux signing, and the Karlsson trade, and even that one he got lucky on, as the Sharks had a terrible year and gave up Stutzle.
