If Kakko were a 1st liner, NY wouldn't be trading him.
If Zegras is going to the 3rd line, MTL wouldn't be trading for him.

All we really "need" is a 2nd line forward that works with Dach. We have enough "maybes" for the 3rd spot on that line (Newhook most likely).
If you manage to sign a Stamkos (or similar stopgap), that's enough.

Secondary is unloading extra pieces.
Harris for Kaliyev is a decent idea (or similar).
Allen anywhere is good as well.

The rest isn't really necessary.
