Why are the Canucks trading a Top-10 centre AND a 2nd round pick for a 2nd-pairing LHD?

Just terrible.

Miller is not a top 10 center. He's very good but not top 10.

Vancouver isn’t trading a top 10 C for Byram and giving up a second on top of that. Vancouver wouldn’t even take Byram and a 1st for Miller.

Yeah Vancouver passes Miller has been a top 10 center this year and honestly since he's been in Vancouver. he's such a rare player with his rare skillset and him being on a steal of a contract i just don't see the value in moving him for a 2nd paring guy with injury issues

Right, my bad Miller is definitely not a Top-10 scoring centre in the league right now that's just some other guy named JT MIller who is 4th.

Oh cool, so the only measure of best is points?

I don't know about you, but when I want to see who the best scorer is in the league, I go by points. Do you go by +/- or FO%?

That was not in your initial post that I quoted (which you then quoted).

You said he was a top 10 center, which he obviously is not

My comment, which you quoted directly, clearly said Top-10 scoring centre. There's an argument to be made that Miller is a Top-10 centre overall, too. I know it's been a while since your Sabres have had anything Top-10 outside of a draft pick, but Miller is what a Top-10 scoring centre looks like.

A small chirp really set you off, huh?

This is the comment you quoted and replied to. I'm not sure why you're trying to pretend you didn't.

I can see that this is going over your head, so we'll just end it by agreeing on the fact that Miller is a Top-10 scoring centre. Have a good day.

Yes he is. I am aware how counting works.

Doesn't make him a top 10 center
