Habs easily decline and couldn't do it even if they wanted to cause we already have 2 used retention spots so we could only retain on one more

Robertson alone is outscoring Anderson in like 20 less games with less ice time per game and is better defensively and cheaper and savard just flat out stinks, no reason for the leafs to move anything in that trade for both habs players

first problem: every team declines.
Second problem: Florida still speedbags them.

Tampa ain’t doing anything this year.

Boston definitely could beat Toronto though.

I would take TB over Toronto all day everyday. I know better than be influenced by Toronto's regular season performances or underestimate TB and their GM's will to go all in.

Ain’t nothing you can say that can top being the best regular season team in NHL history then blowing a 3-1 lead to the last team to make the playoffs..

You mean when Toronto barely won their first and only playoffs round in 20 years, with 3 OT wins, against a tired TB team who was on a sequence of 3 Stanley Cup finals in a row, just before crashing and burning in the 2nd round?

Very convincing LOL. #wewantflorida

Series win is a series win. They don’t ask how. Just win. 2nd round is irrelevant since you were only talking bout Toronto vs Tampa

Cool facts bro. Still doesn’t change the fact that they had the biggest choke in NHL history

oh god, isn't even the worst bruins choke in history. 2010 was way worse.

4-1 was worse than both though.

You’re incredibly bias.

Being up 3-1 in the series to Florida when Boston was the best regular season team in history, only to lose the series is by far the biggest choke in NHL history.. one of the biggest chokes in sports history tbh.

If you wanna bring up 4-1 from almost 12 years ago, let’s not forget that Boston was again up 3-1 in that series and couldn’t close it out till game 7 (seems to be a trend with the Bruins eh). Oh and Leafs came back from a 4-1 deficit in a playoff game with 10 mins left against Tampa last year but no one talks about that being a huge choke by Tampa.

Take off the bias glasses. 2023 Bruins were the biggest choke in NHL history.

oh yes, the bias of calling out your own team for a different choke. my goodness. there's a reason no one interacts with you. moving on

I never said it wasn’t a choke when Toronto blew a 4-1 lead. Just that it wasn’t bigger than blowing a 3-1 series lead when you’re the best team in history.. to the last team to make the playoffs.

Don’t know why you’re saying “no one interacts with me”. Pretty weak comeback especially when it’s not true lmao
