You could retain 100% of Clutterbuck’s contract and Toronto still wouldn’t be interested. Especially for a 4th round pick.

Treliving signed reaves to a 3 year contract, he would definitely trade for clutterbuck

He’s not trading for a washed up 36 year old pending UFA that would be in a fight for the 16th forward spot on this team. There’s no room for Clutterbuck in Toronto and they’re definitely not giving up any kind of value for him when they’re low on picks for a few seasons.
