That's a really good package coming from the Canes. I can't imagine the Hawks would ever trade Bedard, but Kyle from Chicago isn't hanging up the phone either. Hawks definitely wouldn't do this prior to the draft lottery. The package from the Canes has no future 1C in it. But if the Hawks win the lottery and get Celebrini as their new 1C, who knows??

CHI would trade 2024 1st overall pick (if they win it) long before they would ever trade Bedard. But I appreciate the very good offer. It might earn you a beer with Kyle Davidson.

A left nut isn't worth a much as it used to be. Some guys are giving them away for free these days but l think what you're offering is still fair value.
